By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, or otherwise engaging with Purnavix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.

You must have the legal authority to enter into a contract to request our services on behalf of yourself or an organisation. By submitting an enquiry or quote request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of any business you represent.

Purnavix provides web development, software development, and related technology services, including but not limited to website design and development, WordPress and WooCommerce development, Laravel development, Next.js and React development, custom web applications, headless CMS implementations, news and media technology, website migration, performance optimisation, technical SEO, digital strategy and consulting, UI/UX and product design, mobile app development, custom software development, AI and automation, cloud/DevOps and infrastructure work, and website maintenance and growth. Not every service is necessarily available for every enquiry, and the specific services included in any engagement are set out in that project's proposal or agreement.

Any estimate generated through our Get a Quote tool, or any indicative figure discussed in an initial conversation, is an automated or preliminary approximation only — it is not a binding quotation or offer. A firm scope, price, and timeline are confirmed only after we understand your requirements in detail and issue a written proposal or agreement, which becomes binding once both parties accept it.

Each project is delivered against a defined scope agreed in its proposal or statement of work. Requests that fall outside that agreed scope — additional features, design changes, or new requirements raised after work has started — may require a revised timeline, additional fees, or both, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

Timely delivery of a project depends on your cooperation. You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and any content, credentials, or access we reasonably require to carry out the work. Delays caused by late responses, missing content, or unavailable approvals may extend the project timeline correspondingly, and Purnavix is not responsible for delays caused by these client-side dependencies.

Where you supply text, images, logos, data, or other materials for use in your project, you confirm that you own or are licensed to use that material and that its use does not infringe any third party's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you provide to us for inclusion in your project.

Many projects rely on third-party software, plugins, hosting providers, domain registrars, APIs, or open-source components. These are provided by their respective owners under their own terms and licences, which remain your responsibility to review and maintain (for example, hosting or domain renewal, or a third-party licence fee) unless expressly included in your project agreement. Purnavix is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations introduced by third-party providers or open-source projects outside our control.

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific project agreement, the content on this website — including its text, design, graphics, and underlying code — is the property of Purnavix or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables is addressed separately in our Intellectual Property Policy and in the relevant project agreement.

Fees for a project, including any advance, milestone, or final payment structure, are set out in that project's proposal or agreement. Invoices are payable by the due date stated on them. Continued or timely delivery of work may depend on payments being made as agreed.

Fees quoted may be exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST unless stated otherwise in the relevant proposal or invoice. Where applicable tax is chargeable on our services, it will be added to invoices in accordance with Indian tax law.

We may suspend or pause work on a project where payment is significantly overdue, where we cannot obtain information or approvals reasonably required to continue, or where continuing would require us to act in a way that breaches these Terms or the law. Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the termination terms set out in that project's specific agreement.

We treat non-public information you share with us about your business or project as confidential, and we expect the same treatment of any non-public information we share with you in the course of a project. This general commitment does not replace a more detailed confidentiality or non-disclosure clause where one is included in a specific project agreement.

We aim to deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond what is expressly stated in a specific project agreement, this website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Purnavix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or, except as otherwise set out in a specific signed project agreement, from our services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold Purnavix harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website or services, or content you supply to us that infringes a third party's rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Neither party is responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or infrastructure outages, government action, or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been anticipated or avoided.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked external site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution process agreed in a specific project agreement, the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; changes do not retroactively affect an already-signed project agreement.
