Subscription Terms

These terms apply specifically to products or services that Purnavix offers on a recurring subscription basis, as opposed to one-off project engagements, which are instead governed by our Terms & Conditions and the relevant project agreement.

Where a subscription product is offered, its available plans, features, and pricing will be described on that product's own pages at the time you subscribe.

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the applicable billing period (such as monthly or annually) and, unless cancelled beforehand, renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan.

Where a product supports multiple plan tiers, you may be able to upgrade or downgrade your plan. Changes to your billing amount resulting from a plan change generally take effect from your next billing cycle, unless the specific product states otherwise.

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access to the subscribed service until then, unless the specific product's terms state otherwise.

We may suspend access to a subscription service where payment is overdue, where your use violates our Acceptable Use Policy, or where required to protect the security or integrity of the service.

If a scheduled subscription payment fails, we may retry the payment or ask you to update your payment details. Continued access to the service may depend on a valid payment being successfully processed within a reasonable period.

Refunds for subscription payments are handled in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any refund terms specific to the product you have subscribed to. We do not promise a fixed refund percentage or guarantee here beyond what that specific product's terms state.

Subscription payments are processed through the payment provider integrated with the specific product at the time — we do not list a specific processor here as none is currently in general operation; where one is used for a live product, it will be identified on that product's own payment page.

We may change subscription plans, features, or pricing from time to time. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you notice of a material change before it takes effect on your next renewal.

Access to a subscription product ends when your subscription is cancelled and its final billing period ends, or where we terminate access in accordance with these terms.
